Mark K. Ingram

Mark K. Ingram is a native of Cheraw, South Carolina. He was educated in Chesterfield County public schools and was the salutatorian of the Cheraw High School class of 2003. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Following his undergraduate studies, Mark studied salt-fired ceramics at Penland School of Crafts and lived and worked in Yokohama, Japan for one year as an English language teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program.

While attending law school, Mark was an Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif. He received the highest overall score in the 2010 Joint Journal Writing Competition and received awards in Administrative Law, Legal Writing II, Advanced Legal Writing, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic.

Mark is an Eagle Scout, a certified Master SCUBA Diver, and a rudimental drummer. He enjoys playing drums and tennis in his free time.

Mark and his wife Rachel are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, June and Etta, and their two animal siblings: Will Feral, a formerly homeless cat, and Spencer, a rescue dog who is a Weimaraner-Australian Shepherd cross.
